Eastgate Apartments is a bit of a hidden gem — apartments nestled into a quiet, established residential neighborhood in Oakdale, near White Bear Lake and North St. Paul. It's a location that gives you easy access to everything without the noise of being right on top of it.

Every home at Eastgate comes with your own outdoor space, a patio or balcony, along with floor plans that run larger than what you'll typically find in newer construction. On site, you'll find a fitness center, an elevator, free surface lot parking, and detached garages available to rent.

Many of our residents have called Eastgate home for years, and it shows in the pride we take in the community. Our on-site management and maintenance team is part of the Eastgate office, so help is always close by.

Curious about what it’s like to rent at Eastgate Apartments? Here are some of our frequently asked questions. 

  • Cats allowed with initial $150 non-refundable pet fee and $150 refundable deposit. There is a $25/month rent per cat; maximum two cats per apartment. Cats must be neutered or spayed. No dogs allowed.

  • Yes, surface parking is included and detached garage parking is available for rent.

  • Yes, on-site laundry facilities are available to residents.

  • Residents pay their own gas, electric, trash, and water/sewer.

  • Application fee: $50

    Security deposit: $500
